Parses X12 835 remittance files into one row per service line, and benchmarks each payer’s allowed amount against Medicare: lab codes against the national Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLFS), all other codes against the Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) for your selected MAC / locality. Everything runs locally in your browser — no files are uploaded anywhere.

Medicare benchmark settings
Lab codes use the national CLFS (no locality adjustment since PAMA). Non-lab codes use the MPFS rate for the selected MAC / locality: (work×GPCIw + PE×GPCIpe + MP×GPCImp) × conversion factor.
The update button downloads the newest quarterly CLFS file and PFS RVU/GPCI file directly from cms.gov into your browser (internet required only for this). Your 835 data never leaves your machine — only public rate files are fetched.
Allowed amount = insurance paid + patient responsibility, averaged over reimbursed lines (line paid > $0). % of Medicare = avg allowed ÷ Medicare rate (CLFS national for lab codes, MPFS for the selected locality otherwise). Confidence reflects the number of reimbursed lines.
